Delivery Policies

Local/town delivery is $6.95, for El Prado and Ranchos de Taos delivery fee is $8.95. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary.)

U.S. orders must be received before 2:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.

We will do our best to accommodate specific delivery times, but do not guarantee delivery before noon. (Especially on Holidays.)

Our shop is closed every Sunday. Any order placed for this day over our website will be filled and delivered the following business day.

Changes or cancellations of orders must be made prior to closing time, one business day prior to the delivery date. Order changes requested after that time cannot be guaranteed.

If  the recipient is unavailable, we will advise the recipient (with a door card) or phone message until we are notified that recipient is home.

If recipient decides to pick up their delivery, the delivery fee will be compensated with candy or the addition of flowers to the order.

Inclement Weather:

Due to the area we live in there may be times when the weather conditions are not safe for our driver to be out on the roads, especially the roads in the more rural areas. In the case of inclement weather conditions the order will be delivered as soon as the weather permits, in some cases this may be the next day or two.

Because of harsh weather conditions we will not leave flowers on a porch or doorway. For rural deliveries we will call to make sure the recipient is home.
